  Mixtape Meeko, a 25 year old beatsmith hailing from the state of North Carolina has been making music as far back as high school. As a producer, his compositions are reflective of the eclectic influences he was exposed to as a child by his family. As a result Mixtape Meeko switches styles effortlessly when called to arms. Executing everything ranging from sample rich beats to fully textured original compositions. When asked what his weapon of choice is, he replies, "The Akai MPC and Vinyl" emphatically. A student of the old school, and listener of all genres he has been able to develop the sound he instinctively produces today. He has worked on several mixtapes to date.
